No, our key rings do not have tracking capabilities. To benefit from our key return program, members should first activate their account by entering the MYM or SMC number to link it to their account. In the event of lost keys being returned to us, we can then efficiently look up the member number linked to their account and facilitate their safe return to the rightful owner.

Yes, simply login to your account, click the dropdown menu in the top right corner and click my cards to access your digital card.

The gift cards vary from 1 year to no expiry, depending on what you are purchasing. The expiry date will be listed with your purchase.

All gift card purchases have a cash value. Full payment for your order amount must be processed prior to the gift vouchers being dispatched. Only organisations who have received prior approval from mymoto for other payment terms will have items dispatched prior to payment. All sales are final: once you have purchased your tickets, no refunds, credits or exchanges shall be issued.
